Position summary We are seeking an organized, energetic Warehouse Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control and daily warehouse operations. This role will manage a small team and ensure inventory is stored, moved, and picked efficiently and accurately.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure physical inventory is organized, labelled, and stored in designated locations and reflects accurately in our ERP system
- Coordinate bin moves and strategically put-away inventory to optimize space and workflow
- Pick and pull merchandise to fulfill transfers between warehouses
- Re-label or repackage merchandise as needed
- Unload trucks and containers; receive and verify shipments
- Stock merchandise and maintain accurate inventory records
- Complete required paperwork and inventory documentation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area
- Previous warehouse management experience required
- Able to read, write legibly, and perform basic math without a calculator
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Able to work independently with limited supervision
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize tasks
- Analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexible availability as business needs require
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Prolonged walking/standing on hard concrete
- Exposure to heat and other outdoor conditions when unloading trucks
