What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Mobile Drug /DNA Collection Technician position at Gulf Coast Onsite Compliance Testing LLC?
We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and customer-focused Lead Collector to oversee daily field collection operations while performing mobile drug and alcohol testing services. This individual will serve as the lead representative in the field, ensuring all collections are completed according to DOT, federal, and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform DOT and Non-DOT urine drug collections
- Conduct breath alcohol testing
- Perform oral fluid and DNA collections
- Maintain complete Chain of Custody documentation
- Travel to client locations for onsite collections
- Respond to after-hours and post-accident testing requests
- Ensure all testing procedures comply with DOT and company policies
- Train and mentor new collection technicians
- Maintain collection supplies and company equipment
- Deliver outstanding customer service to employers and donors
- Communicate with dispatch and management throughout the day
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating field operations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
