Gulf Coast Law, P.A. is a Naples, FL estate planning and financial planning firm. We're hiring a full-time paralegal to handle client files, financial paperwork, and trust funding for clients.
What You'll Do:
- Confirm appointments, prep and print meeting binders, and get clients settled and ready for their meetings
- Manage the case files — physical and digital — for every open matter
- Collect clients' current financial statements and get them uploaded into our systems
- Submit information to our planning team
- Get clients scheduled to review their planning options
- Walk clients through funding their accounts into their trust, step by step
- Pull and file Florida deeds directly; coordinate (not draft) out-of-state deeds
- Track probate cases — mostly document tracking, saving/downloading files, and light coordination
- Work our dinner seminars — check guests in, schedule follow-ups on the spot
What We're Looking For:
Required: 2 years of paralegal, finance or legal support experience
Extremely organized — comfortable owning a filing system, physical and digital
Comfortable with numbers and financial paperwork — reading account statements and gathering documents
Strong follow-through Able to work primarily from our Naples office, full-time Preferred
Estate planning and/or probate experience is a plus, but not required — happy to train the right person
Comfortable handling the administrative side of documents and applications
Comfortable learning new software and CRM tools
