The Senior Guest Services Representative is a team member of the MainStay Suites Denver location. This is a well-established Choice Hotels extended stay brand.

The Senior Guest Services Representative is a leadership role, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and providing outstanding service to our guests. This role will also serve as a mentor and resources for other front desk associates and as a back-up to the Hotel General Manager. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. You must have strong leadership and communication skills, and honesty and integrity must be paramount in all that you do.
