- Supervise staff during meetings, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, payroll, and field management.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance office visibility.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
