Duties
- Install and assemble patio enclosures such as screen rooms, glass enclosures, and related structures according to technical plans and schematics
- Read blueprints and construction plans to accurately interpret project specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently during installation processes
- Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures, levels, and other tools to ensure proper fit and finish
- Perform framing, metal building erection, metal stud framing, and trim carpentry tasks with attention to detail
- Conduct concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete finishing, and masonry work as needed for foundation stability
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on patio enclosures or related structures
- Strong knowledge of metal building erection, framing techniques
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans accurately
- Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers along with power tools required for installation tasks
- Experience with heavy lifting equipment operation and restoration or remodeling projects is a plus
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise installation work
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements on-site
- Valid experience in woodworking or siding enhances your suitability for this role
