What are the responsibilities and job description for the Land Development AutoCAD Civil 3D Tech/Designer position at Gulf Coast Consulting, Inc.?
Gulf Coast Consulting Inc. has an opportunity for a Land Development Civil 3D Technician/Designer. Candidates will play a key role in the design and development of land development projects. We have a wide range of projects including multi-family residential, commercial industrial, single-family residential, hospitals, schools and others. You will work closely with experienced engineers and project managers to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the successful execution of projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of land development projects, including grading, drainage, and site layout under the guidance of senior staff.
- Prepare drawing sets following our CAD standards. Prepare concept and preliminary plans then into final site plans.
Requirements
- AutoCAD certification is preferred but not required.
- High level skills using AutoCAD Civil 3D are required.
- Strong understanding of land development projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced office.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
- U.S Citizen, U.S Resident with valid green card
