The Role:
We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy individual to join our operations team as a Loan Processing & Operations Specialist.
This position plays an important role in supporting our sales representatives and ensuring business financing applications are processed accurately and efficiently.

No previous experience in the finance industry is required. However, strong computer skills are essential.
What You'll Do:
- Process business financing applications and accurately enter information into our internal systems.
- Manage, monitor, and organize multiple business email inboxes.
- Review incoming applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate application updates to our sales representatives and management team.
- Upload, organize, and maintain client documents within our CRM.
- Follow up on missing documents and outstanding application requirements.
- Work across multiple software platforms, spreadsheets, and online systems.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and operational responsibilities.
- Help ensure applications move through the funding process efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:
