Sales Crew Member (AT&T)

We're seeking an AT&T Sales Crew Member at Gulf Coast Business Associates, a high-energy sales and development firm, to be at the forefront of promoting AT&T’s latest mobile offerings. The AT&T Sales Crew Member will learn to identify sales opportunities in everyday in-person customer interactions and apply strategic sales methods to maximize customer value.

As an AT&T Sales Crew Member, you’ll complete training to engage with our customers and introduce AT&T as the future of wireless connectivity, where the only thing that should be slow is your Sunday morning, not your download speed. The AT&T Sales Crew Member learns sales trends, their benefits, and how to position AT&T wireless as the next generation of connectivity.

• Strong ability to educate customers in person on AT&T mobile plans, smartphone options, and wireless solutions with confidence and professionalism.
• Excellent sales and communication skills for simplifying mobile service features, promotions, and device benefits.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping our customers find the right wireless solutions for their lifestyle and budget.
• Ability to build trust quickly and develop lasting customer and sales relationships that encourage loyalty and account growth.
• Goal-driven attitude with the motivation to achieve wireless sales objectives and performance targets.
• Strong listening skills to identify customer mobile usage habits and recommend personalized solutions.

Qualifications of the AT&T Sales Crew Member

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong interest in sales or customer service is a bonus.
• Results-driven attitude with interest in achieving wireless sales goals.
• Strong listening skills to understand customer usage and preferences.
• Quick learner with interest in new smartphones and mobile technology.

Pay: $950.00 - $1,450.00 per week
