Job Title: Sr Epic Application Analyst – Epic ClinDoc CertifiedPrimary Location: 95% remote must be in Chicago landPosition Type: Full-Time – Direct hireOverviewTalentFish is casting a line for a Sr Epic Application Analyst – Epic ClinDoc Certified. This is a direct hire role with our premier client – mission driven Healthcare provider role in 95% remote must be able to be on site in Chicago by car so Ill, NW Indiana, Wisconsin – will be required to provide onsite support from time to time. The reason this position exists is to develop, build, modify, and optimize Epic clinical applications while leading midsize to large-scale projects across multiple functional departments. This role performs complex analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and support of Epic applications to ensure optimal clinical and operational performance.What You Bring to the Role. (Ideal Experience)Bachelor's degree required (Associate degree with seven (7) years of Epic application experience accepted in lieu of Bachelor's)Minimum five (5) years of Epic application experienceActive Epic certification(s), specifically Epic ClinDoc certificationDemonstrated ability to effectively utilize system tools and information systems technology, including Microsoft Office productsStrong experience planning and organizing day-to-day activities, managing multiple assignments, and meeting established deadlinesProven experience leading projects and providing expert consultative guidance on change initiativesExperience leading meetings between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third parties to define requirements and solutionsExperience working with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams across all organizational levelsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailExcellent oral and written communication skills with both technical and clinical audiencesAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technically complex issues involving integrated systemsPreferred: Experience working in a hospital or healthcare organizationWhat You'll Do. (Skills Used in this Position)Lead and monitor midsize to large-scale projects across multiple functional departmentsPerform complex design, build, configuration, upgrades, optimization, and ongoing support for Epic clinical applicationsConduct workflow assessments, capture business requirements, and analyze systems to ensure optimal application utilizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams and end users to achieve application integration that meets clinical needsDevelop and maintain system documentation, specifications, and proceduresDefine and document user requirementsApply project planning and project management methodologies to short-duration and concurrent projectsDevelop test plans, prepare test data, and perform system testingProvide post-implementation training, troubleshooting, maintenance, and on-site user supportConfigure vendor applications and productsAudit data entered by end users to ensure accuracy and complianceTroubleshoot, track, and resolve system issues and problemsParticipate in scheduled on-call support for system applicationsHandle multiple assignments simultaneously and perform additional duties as assignedCompensation InformationThe expected salary range for this position is $115K- $130K yearly depending on experience and qualifications.
