Title: Project Manager - Dynamics 365Location: Remote USAType: Contract (6 months plus)Overview:We're seeking an experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) to lead CRM-related projects from inception through deployment and support. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions leveraging the D365 CE platform (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.).Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for D365 CE implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.Define scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.Act as the primary liaison between client/business units and technical teams.Facilitate requirements gathering and functional design sessions.Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project.Coordinate development, testing (SIT/UAT), training, and go-live activities.Ensure project delivery aligns with best practices, budget, and timelines.Drive user adoption and support post-implementation transition.Required Skills & Experience:5 years of project management experience, including at least 23 years focused on D365 CE this role requires strong D365 CE experience.Hands-on understanding of D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.Experience managing third-party vendors, consultants, or implementation partners.Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Fundamentals / Functional Consultant Associate).PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure integrations, or custom workflows.Compensation and EmploymentThe expected rate for this position is $70 -$90, depending on experience and qualifications.
