Job Description
Gulf Breeze Automotive is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Associate to support our busy automotive repair shop. This role is essential to keeping our technicians productive by ensuring accurate, timely parts ordering and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Order, receive, and verify automotive parts
- Source parts from vendors while maintaining cost efficiency
- Manage inventory and maintain an organized parts department
- Match parts accurately to repair orders
- Communicate effectively with technicians and service advisors
- Process returns, cores, and warranty parts
- Maintain a clean and efficient work area
Qualifications
- Previous automotive parts experience preferred (dealership or independent shop)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (shop management systems a plus)
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver’s license
Pay & Benefits
