Associate Veterinarian — Work–Life Balance by the Beach | Pensacola, FL
Pay: $115,000–$165,000 production bonus
Schedule: Full-time or part-time | No emergencies or on-call
Location: Gulf Breeze Animal Hospital — privately and locally owned, small animal practice in sunny Pensacola

We take longer appointment times so you can practice good medicine — not speed medicine.

The Role
You’ll handle a mix of wellness, medical, and surgical cases at your own pace, supported by a skilled tech team. The role can flex from part-time to full-time, depending on your goals.
New grads are welcome — we love to teach and collaborate.

What We’re Looking For
- DVM or VMD from an accredited U.S. university
- Florida veterinary license (or eligible) in good standing
- USDA accreditation within six months
- Great communicator with clients and teammates
