Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship
• Maintain store-owned gear as requested
• Skilled understanding of repairing guitars

Requirements:

• Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
• Customer Focus: Understands customer service principles and able to provide an excellent customer experience
• Training: Able to effectively train learners and communicate information and techniques so that they are retained
