Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Luthier to join our team at Guitar Center. As a Luthier, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining customer-owned instruments, as well as assisting in the maintenance of store inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers in a positive and approachable manner.
- Servicing customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship.
- Maintaining store-owned gear, as requested.
- Completing warranty repair work.
Requirements:
- Skilled understanding of repairing Guitars.
Preferred Skills:
- Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
