Guitar Technician

We are seeking a skilled Guitar Technician to join our team at Guitar Center. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by performing maintenance and repairs on customer-owned instruments.

• Customer Focus: Understands customer service principles, provides an excellent customer experience, and is approachable, genuine, knowledgeable, encouraging, passionate, and committed to helping customers.
• Training: Able to effectively train learners and communicate information and techniques so that they are retained.
• Product Knowledge: Skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products.
