Guitar Technician

Job Description

The Guitar Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining customer-owned guitars and store inventory, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. They will interact with customers, perform warranty repairs, and support sales through product knowledge and certifications.

• Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
• Maintain store owned gear, as requested
• Complete warranty repair work
• Additional duties as assigned

Salary : $41,600 - $82,260
