Role Summary
The Repair Technician will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, assist in maintaining store inventory, and build business through great customer experience and quality work.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
Preferred Qualifications:
- Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
