We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team in Eatontown, NJ.
This position works directly with our CFO and Office Manager and plays a key role in supporting our accounting and office operations. The primary focus of the role is Accounts Payable, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records, along with light administrative support in our main office.
- Process Accounts Payable invoices, matching, and approvals
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Perform credit card and expense reconciliations
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Assist with month-end close and reporting support
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with office administration
- Experience in bookkeeping, AP, or AR preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Excel and QuickBooks
- Reliable, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities
