Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with business clients across industries
- Assess and analyze commercial risks to recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Prepare proposals, present coverage options, and close sales opportunities
- Manage a portfolio of business accounts while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay current on industry regulations, carrier products, and market trends
- Collaborate with internal team members to deliver exceptional client service
- Consistently meet or exceed production goals and performance targets
- Prior experience in commercial insurance sales or account management strongly preferred
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines products (General Liability, Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, Property, Umbrella, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of building long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
