At Guillory Oil, we keep the fuel moving and the operations running smoothly. As part of our growing team, you'll be working in a fast-paced yet friendly environment where attention to detail and team support are key. We’re currently seeking a reliable, organized individual to assist with document scanning and filing as part of our accounting department.
Position Overview:
This position is ideal for a recently graduated high school student pursuing a degree in business, accounting, or a related field — or someone looking for an opportunity with the potential for growing a professional career in an office setting. The role primarily supports the accounting team by digitizing physical records and maintaining accurate, organized files, and assisting with processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan, label, and file accounting and operations documents into our digital system
- Maintain confidentiality of all documents
- Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
- Communicate with accounting staff to ensure document accuracy and completeness
- Process transactions from c-stores
- Reconcile lottery and rebate funds.
Requirements:
- High level of attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently
- Basic computer skills; experience with scanners and file management a plus
- Professional and positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed college coursework in accounting, business, or administration
- Interest in pursuing a future full-time position in accounting or office administration
