Position Title: Assistant Service Manager
Schedule: Full-Time – 40 Hours Per Week, Every Other Saturday Required
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Manager in overseeing daily service department operations. The ideal candidate will help ensure excellent customer service, efficient workflow, and strong team performance while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Service Manager with daily operations of the service department
- Support scheduling, workflow management, and technician productivity
- Provide exceptional customer service and help resolve customer concerns
- Assist with writing repair orders and communicating service recommendations
- Monitor service progress and ensure timely completion of work
- Help maintain department goals, profitability, and efficiency standards
- Support training and development of service staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Step in for the Service Manager when needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of service department experience required
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license required
Schedule
- Full-time position – 40 hours per week
- Every other Saturday required
