Long-Term Substitute Administrative Assistant
Guilford High School
Description and Minimum Qualifications:
This position provides receptionist and clerical services to administrative staff in the Guilford High School main office. This person performs general office duties such as copying, faxing, scanning, coordinating mail, in addition to answering the phones and student/visitor entry.
- Experience using Microsoft Office software, required
- Experience using the Google platform including email, required
- Experience in working with high school-age children, preferred
- Experience working in an administrative office position, preferred

Building Administrator
Work Period:
October 27, 2026 through on or about January 19, 2027
7 paid hours per day (7.5-hour day will include 30-minute unpaid lunch)
Starting Date:
As soon as possible
Closing Date:
Open until filled
Salary:
$24.96/hour
Due to the temporary nature of this assignment, no benefits package is available. A limited allotment of sick leave may be available to take.
