Line Cook
Guilford Hall Brewery | Full-Time | $17–$20/hour
Guilford Hall Brewery is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We’re a busy brewery and restaurant with a high-energy environment, great food, and a team that takes pride in what we do.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining food quality
- Set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station
- Complete daily prep and maintain proper food storage
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Work closely with the kitchen and service teams
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of professional cooking experience required
- Grill and sauté experience a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team
