We are seeking a dependable and motivated Dental Assistant to join our patient-centered dental practice. What We’re Looking For
- Prior dental assisting experience REQUIRED
- ICE and RADIOLOGY Certificates REQUIRED
- Ability to work effectively in both clinical and administrative roles
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and workflow
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Manage sterilization protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
- Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
- Manage and track lab cases, including sending, receiving, and follow-up
- Support front desk operations including:
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Answering phones and assisting patients
- Following up on treatment plans and patient care
- Contacting insurance companies for verification and information
- Maintain efficient patient flow and support overall team coordination
