As an Apprentice, you'll learn the trade step-by-step beside experienced technicians while gaining technical, mechanical, and customer service skills that open doors (literally and figuratively) for your future.

What You'll Do (Training Provided!)

• Assist with garage door installation, repair, and maintenance

• Learn how to troubleshoot mechanical issues safely and effectively

• Perform safety inspections and follow industry best practices

• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy

• Document each job with basic notes and photos

• Keep tools, equipment, and work vehicles organized and clean

• Support technicians and team members throughout daily operations

• Follow all safety procedures to protect yourself and our customers

You'll start as a learner—but grow quickly into a skilled professional with opportunities for independence, higher pay, and leadership roles.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Mechanical curiosity—comfortable using basic hand tools

• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work on ladders

• A positive, customer-first attitude

• Good communication skills and a team mindset

• Dependable, organized, and eager to learn

• High school diploma or GED

Prior experience in construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automotive, or general labor is helpful—but absolutely not required.
