Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Strategy
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, emerging technologies, and potential partnerships
- Support development and execution of growth strategy
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and project scopes of work
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and pricing strategies
- Deliver presentations and technical content for customer meetings, conferences, and trade shows
- Track sales performance metrics and pipeline progress in coordination with the Business Director
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate customer requirements into feasible technical solutions
- Participate in the commercialization of new technologies, providing input on process design, scale-up, and field implementation
- Contribute to other business units as needed in both business development and engineering capacities, leveraging technical knowledge to support company-wide growth
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in process engineering, technical sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to balance technical depth with commercial acumen
- Proficiency in proposal writing, forecasting, and CRM tools
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel (~15–25%) for customer visits, conferences, and site support
