- Upsell complementary products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts, ensuring products are well-organized and appealing
- Perform regular stock checks, inventory replenishment, and ensure shelves are fully stocked at all times
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Assist with basic retail math calculations for transactions, discounts, or promotions as needed
- Support store operations by supervising team members during shifts when required, fostering teamwork and efficient workflow
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures related to cash handling, security, and customer service standards
Experience
