Responsibilities
- Provide shortterm, goaloriented therapy addressing injuryrelated psychological distress, chronic pain, trauma, adjustment difficulties, and barriers to recovery and return to work.
- Deliver evidencebased treatment aligned with each patient's psychological evaluation and individualized treatment plan.
- Monitor and document measurable patient progress toward functional recovery and treatment goals.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation supporting medical necessity and ongoing treatment authorization.
- Coordinate with our clinical team to support continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.
- Active, unrestricted clinical license to provide independent psychotherapy in Florida and/or New York (LMHC, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent staterecognized credential).
- Training or experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or other evidencebased therapeutic approaches.
- Experience with chronic pain, trauma, occupational injuries, or medical populations is preferred.
- Comfortable providing telehealth services and exercising independent clinical judgment.
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with workers' compensation cases is a plus but not required.
- 1099 independent contractor arrangement with competitive persession compensation.
