Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and facilities.
- Carry out industrial cleaning tasks as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment efficiently to ensure all necessary materials are available.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold quality standards in service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service in hospitality settings by responding promptly to guest requests.
- Assist in training new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
Skills
- Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods and equipment operation.
- Strong floor care skills, including familiarity with various cleaning products and techniques.
- Experience in housekeeping management within hotel or hospitality environments is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
