- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being

- Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes or concerns promptly
- Support clients in maintaining their routines and engaging in recreational activities
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any incidents or observations
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed
