What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Manager position at Guiding Foundation Support Services?
Guiding Foundation Support Services is seeking individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others in need! We are looking to hire for a House Manager for our homes located throughout Cuyahoga County. We need individuals who have experience working and managing Direct Support Professionals.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED;
- Minimum 3 year ID/DD experience OR 1 year supervisory/management experience
- Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
- Must be eligible to be an approved company driver and med passer
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- clean background
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Provide direct supervision to direct support professionals
- Responsible for the staffing, scheduling, and training of employees in the home
- Ability to demonstrate and model person centered planning techniques
- Maintaining on-call duties (24 hours a Day/7 Days a week)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
