About Us:
We are a growing geriatric care management practice dedicated to supporting older adults and their families. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant / Care Manager Assistant to join our team. This role is primarily remote with occasional in-person responsibilities and offers strong potential for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain client charts (demographics, contacts, documentation)
  • Enter and track billing details, including credit card processing
  • Maintain spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Assist care managers with scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups
  • Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Support occasional in-person tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with data entry, spreadsheets, and basic billing
  • Tech-savvy; able to learn new systems quickly
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Reliable and responsive
  • Prior experience in healthcare, elder care, or care management is a plus (not required)
