About Us:
We are a growing geriatric care management practice dedicated to supporting older adults and their families. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant / Care Manager Assistant to join our team. This role is primarily remote with occasional in-person responsibilities and offers strong potential for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain client charts (demographics, contacts, documentation)
- Enter and track billing details, including credit card processing
- Maintain spreadsheets and internal systems
- Assist care managers with scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups
- Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Support occasional in-person tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with data entry, spreadsheets, and basic billing
- Tech-savvy; able to learn new systems quickly
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Reliable and responsive
- Prior experience in healthcare, elder care, or care management is a plus (not required)
