Pay: $125 per completed assessment
Schedule: PRN / As needed
Harmony Heights Home Health Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to complete in-home OASIS assessments. This opportunity is ideal for an RN seeking supplemental income who is comfortable working independently and completing thorough, accurate documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive patient assessments and OASIS documentation.
- Review medications, medical history, functional abilities, and home safety.
- Identify patient needs and communicate findings to the clinical team.
- Complete and submit assessment documentation accurately and on time.
- Coordinate assessment visits with patients and agency staff.
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Indiana RN license.
- Experience completing OASIS assessments in a home health setting.
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation for in-home visits.
- Ability to work independently and meet documentation deadlines.
