Are you paid what you're worth? If your current compensation is only 60% of session reimbursement, join us for an industry-leading split of 75%. 1099 contractor arrangement and complete flexibility — full-time or part-time, and you decide which days and hours you work (minimum availability of 20 session hours per month). Unlike many practices, we do not require the signing of a non-compete clause, so you're free to continue seeing clients at other practices or agencies if desired.
Hiring now for late summer expansion. Currently seeking to add several Telehealth clinicians (100% remote) and one hybrid TH in-person at our Uniontown and Cleveland offices. Our hiring focus is on LPCCs but we gladly consider applicants in adjacent licensure categories e.g. LISWs or IMFTs.
LPCs who are within six months of reaching independent licensure are welcome to apply. (LPCs are paid a 65% split).
In this role, you will provide compassionate evidence-based therapy services to individuals, couples, and/or families (depending on clinician's preferences and scope of experience). Private practice population, diverse array of clients and presenting problems. No crisis or emergency work.
Responsibilities
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessment intakes and develop effective treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, goals, and strengths
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling sessions to address a variety of mental health issues
- Maintain accurate and timely client documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and meeting medical necessity guidelines of health insurance payers
- Stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in the field of mental health counseling
Qualifications
- Valid OHIO state licensure as an LPC or LPCC, LISW, or LMFT
- Demonstrated competence in evidence-based interventions
- Strong clinical skills, personal maturity, cultural awareness, high level of professionalism and commitment to ethical practice
- Knowledge of telehealth platforms and delivering remote mental health services effectively and in compliance with all regulations
- Robust diagnostic skills and DSM-adept
Salary : $65,000 - $90,000
