What You'll Do:

As a Therapist at Guidelight Health, you’ll play a vital role in providing care for Adults and Adolescents in our PHP/IOP programs. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting initial evaluations, group therapy, and individual sessions
• Providing case management and crisis support
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
• Helping clients on their journey to mental wellness using DBT, CBT, ACT, MI, and more

What You Bring:

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Active Independent License in MA (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC)
• 2 years of experience in higher levels of care (PHP/IOP, inpatient, ER, residential)
• Confidence in facilitating group therapy
• A collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Cultural humility and commitment to diversity and inclusion
