Reports to: Executive Director
Department/Location: Onsite
FLSA Status: Exempt
Position is Fulltime (40 hrs. per week) Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm MST at the Denver Tech Center Location. Position is working primarily with the Adolescent PHP/IOP population though will require flexibility to work with Adults.
Role Summary:
Therapists are responsible for providing high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will facilitate 1:1 and group therapy, develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
- Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans, as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issues.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines as outlined by professional standards and laws.
- Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health.
- A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Valid Colorado state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, or equivalent (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, AMFT)
- Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.
- Experience providing group therapy
- Ability to manage clients in a group setting via in person and virtual platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
