Responsibilities
To maintain overall quality management and training for department functions. To support organizational education and training by ensuring process definition and execution as required by established goals. To create and maintain policy and procedure and training manuals to support department functions. To supervise and conduct training for core trainers and staff within assigned area to eliminate revenue loss and inaccurate data to affected departments.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manages training activities, establishes training calendar, and ensures personnel are maintaining a high level of data quality and are informed of procedural updates
- Overseas all activities of assigned area, reviews management reports for quality and data integrity to facilitate department functions
- Develops collaborative relationships with internal departments and external vendors based on client’s needs
- Manages resources within defined parameters and works creatively to resolve process and training issues interdepartmentally
- Maintains reports and statistics to support organizational training requirements and defines training goals and quality assurance standards to assist in positive management of personnel within assigned area
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
- An undergraduate degree is required
- Skilled in the use of various techniques and approaches to build relationships with business leaders and other key stakeholders, establish credibility as effective partner to the business, and leverage internal subject matter experts for task and content analysis
- Demonstrated ability to align and adapt communication style to fit target audience
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, consensus building and stakeholder management skills
- Translates metrics, research and trends into actionable insights
- Leverages project management and change management tools and frameworks
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, including occasional travel if required
- Effectively identifies, assesses, tracks and mitigates issues and risks at multiple levels
- Experience working in a fast-paced, fast-growing organization
- Detail oriented with established ability to effectively handle multiple priorities while honoring commitments to deliver high quality results.
- Highly flexible and adaptable to changing environment and shifting priorities.
