Role Description
This is a full-time position for the Vice President of Sales. The VP of Sales will lead and oversee strategic sales initiatives, drive business development, and manage key client relationships to grow revenue. Responsibilities include generating revenue, developing sales strategies, managing sales operations, building a sales team, and cultivating partnerships to achieve organizational goals. The role requires strong sales and leadership skills and a deep understanding of sales management practices and market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of successfully leading teams to meet and exceed goals
- Experience in sales of Employee Benefits, PEO's, Payroll Services or Retirement Plans
- Experience in Business Development with the ability to identify growth opportunities and establish strategic partnerships
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with the ability to grow, inspire and motivate a team
- Results-driven mindset with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of the financial services or retirement planning industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
