Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain productivity and reliability standards
- Manage the daily functions of the business
- Lead shift supervisors to meet production targets and improve OEE
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
- Manage budget to align with goals of business
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Injection molding
- Automotive (Tier 1)
