Opportunity Description
Our client is a global packaging manufacturing company with a strong hold on their space. They are vertically integrated and have one of the industries best succession planning structures.
We are looking for an Operations Manager who can drive leadership on the floor and groom the Department Managers. Successful experience in this role will lead to a Plant Management opportunity. Managers are usually promoted within 12-18 months and the growth doesn't have to stop after that.
Qualifications
- BS degree preferred
- World Class manufacturing experience require
- High level of Lean and driving continuous improvement
- Data analytics, Statical Data Analysis, decision making based on KPIs and metrics
- Operational leadership
- P&L experience is a plus - financial acumen required
- Culture driver, visible and approachable leader
