Opportunity Description
Our client is a global packaging manufacturing company with a strong hold on their space. They are vertically integrated and have one of the industries best succession planning structures. Managers are usually promoted within 12-24 months and the growth doesn't have to stop after that.
We are looking for a future Plant Manager. This individual will be hired as an Operations Manager to be groomed for a Plant Manager position at another facility. This is an opportunity to learn this business from a highly accomplished team.
Qualifications
BS degree required
World Class manufacturing experience
Data analytics, Statical Data Analysis, decision making based on KPIs and metrics
Experienced managing a department or a small facility
P&L experience is a plus - financial acumen
Culture driver and change agent

Salary : $155,000 - $165,000
