Opportunity Description
Our client is a global packaging manufacturing company with a strong hold on their space. They are vertically integrated and have one of the industries best succession planning structures. Managers are usually promoted within 12-24 months and the growth doesn't have to stop after that.
We are looking for a Manufacturing Manager to take control of the day to day various manufacturing areas inside of a 300,000 square foot manufacturing facility.
Qualifications
World Class manufacturing experience is a plus
Printing or Paper board experience is a plus
Data analytics, Statical Data Analysis, decision making based on KPIs and metrics
Experienced managing a department or a small facility
Strengths in managing a diverse work force
Culture driver and change agent
