Role Description
We are partnering with a prestigious Law Firm in Washington, D.C. as they bring their HR Function in house. We are looking for the HR Manager who will lead that change. Reporting to the COO, you will develop and manager that HR Functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Benefit Administration and much more. This firm is continuing to grow, has multiple locations, and is looking for the HR leader to match their energy.
Qualifications
- Experience establishing professional services companies from the ground up and ability to perform the duties as described.
