We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner for a full-time, on-site role at our Carlsbad, CA office. The Paraplanner will assist financial advisors by preparing financial reports, conducting financial analyses, and supporting the creation of customized financial and investment plans. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating data collection, analyzing financial information, and ensuring reports meet compliance standards while delivering exceptional service to clients.
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and a strong foundation in Finance and Investments
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and create actionable strategies
- Strong Report Writing capabilities with a focus on clarity and compliance
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field preferred
- Experience with financial planning software and tools
- Understanding of tax planning, retirement plans, and investment strategies
- CFP certification or progress towards certification is a plus
