What You'll Do
· Coordinate client service requests and follow-up
· Prepare reports and meeting materials
· Maintain client records and CRM data
· Assist with retirement plan onboarding and implementation
· Support compliance and administrative processes
· Communicate professionally with clients, advisors, and retirement plan providers
· Help ensure projects are completed accurately and on time

· Learning our systems and retirement plan processes
· Beginning progress toward professional licensing
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Microsoft Office proficiency.
· Retirement plan experience preferred but not required.
