Guidacent is seeking a Product Information Management (PIM) Consultant to act as a hybrid Product Manager/Business Analyst for a large retail client based in Issaquah, WA. This role focuses on implementing new PIM features and functions within the client’s eCommerce organization, primarily supporting international business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to define and deliver PIM capabilities.
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements for new product information management features.
- Drive end-to-end implementation of PIM enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with international teams to support global eCommerce initiatives.
- Provide hands-on support for configuration, testing, and validation of PIM solutions.
- Work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, managing priorities and timelines effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience acting as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in large-scale retail or eCommerce environments.
- Hands-on experience with Product Information Management systems and related processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with international teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be located in the Puget Sound area for on-site collaboration as needed.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise PIM platforms (e.g., Informatica, Stibo, Salsify, or similar).
- Familiarity with eCommerce workflows and global product data standards.
