Responsibilities
- Develop detailed CAD drawings and schematics for mechanical, electrical, and structural projects using AutoCAD LT.
- Create precise 2D plans for construction documents, Control Panel layouts, mechanical systems, and system designs.
- Collaborate with our engineer and panel builders to interpret project requirements and translate concepts into accurate technical drawings.
- Prepare detailed documentation including Bill of Materials, schematics, system diagrams, and construction details aligned with industry standards.
- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications while incorporating client feedback.
- Support project teams during construction phases by providing drafting revisions and ensuring seamless communication of design intent.
Experience
- Proven experience in CAD drafting within architecture, engineering, or construction environments. Industrial control panel experience a plus.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD LT, is a must.
- Knowledge of drafting standards related to schematics, mechanical design, interior design layouts, graphic design principles or system integration projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and documentation requirements across various disciplines.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate conceptual ideas into detailed plans with precision.
