Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Client Support
- Assist with account onboarding activities, including documentation and coordination
- Organize meeting notes and track follow-up action items
- Review and streamline existing templates (onboarding packets, reports, client communications)
- Identify manual workflows and propose or implement automation solutions
- Contribute to ad hoc projects based on team priorities
Basic Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate program with at least two years completed
- Interest in learning about institutional investment management client services
- Prior internship(s) in the finance industry a plus
- Organization and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Aptitude for problem solving
