What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Operations Director (Baseball) position at Guest Player Connect?
Guest Player Connect (GPC) is a youth baseball organization designed for players who want to compete in weekend tournaments when they have an off weekend. We believe in keeping baseball fun, flexible, and development-focused—no politics, no long-term commitments, just pure love of the game.
